During this 2.5 hour workshop, we will cleanse, activate, and integrate this vortex of power, will, manifestation, and self-esteem.
Journey with us through a fiery pranayama breathwork session; a core stimulating yoga flow, filled with detoxifying twists; a transmutational fire ritual to expose and redirect your shadow; and an invigorating tea ceremony, featuring a bespoke tea blend by Green Light Botanicals, to internalize the lessons of Manipura.
